Using AssistiveTouch to take screenshot

With this feature, you only need one hand to take the screenshot, unlike the previous method, where both hands are necessary.

Activate AssistiveTouch – at first, you need to open settings and then activate this feature in your device. When you are done, a button will pop up on your screen. It’s semi-transparent just to be sure. And it’s called the Assistive Touch button.

Customization – you need to tap the customization icon on the screen and then select a screenshot. After that, the screenshot button will pop up on the menu of the AssistiveTouch. Further, you can replace one of the default icons with the screenshot button.

Taking the Screenshot – Once you have the screenshot button within reach in the assistive menu, it’s time to start. All you need to do to capture the screen image with one hand is tap the assistive touch icon and then the screenshot button. This process is as simple as that, and you will have the captured image on your screen.

The image preview will pop up at the end of the screen for you to tap, edit, and choose to save or discard it once you are done.  The same applies to the first step when looking for screenshot images later on. Just click on the photo icon and then choose a screenshot album from the options available.
