LEGO movies on Netflix – full list in all regions

We all enjoy LEGO. Now, you are looking for LEGO movies on Netflix, but the whole concept of these magical bricks is absolutely brilliant and generations are enjoying in this brand. I am currently 40, I remember my first LEGO adventures when I was a kid. Back in the 80’s having LEGO was a symbol of prestige.

Few decades later LEGO is still expensive and a symbol of the top quality toys, but it became a mainstream. We are not enjoying just in toys and bricks anymore, now we have a lot of other products like really brilliant video games for computers and consoles, movies, TV shows, theme parks…

First was released in 2014

What about LEGO movies on Netflix? First, how many LEGO movies are there at all? For now, just four theatrical movies. The first movie LEGO released was The LEGO Movie in February 2014. This movie earned excellent feedback from all sides, LEGO fans, critics and all stakeholders for its characters, plot, humor and really good special effects.

Warner Bros pictures were encouraged to go with another LEGO movies, so three years later we saw two successful titles – The LEGO Batman Movie and The LEGO Ninjago Movie.

The next movie Warner Bros Pictures released was The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part, in 2019. Plans for the sequel began in 2014 and was announced just three months after the first part was released. The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part was released in the United States and United Kingdom almost exactly five years after the first part. In February 2019.

DID YOU KNOW: In 2012 the untitled LEGO film was titled LEGO: The piece of Resistance. Two years later the movie was renamed to The LEGO Movie by Warner Bros and it was released as a first LEGO full-length theatrical movie.

What about LEGO Movie 3? Will there be LEGO Movie 3 at all? There have been no loud talks of a LEGO Movie 3 yet, but there are no optimistic signs for the third part. If there will be third part it’s not going to happen soon.

Warner Bros are working on The LEGO Batman 2 movie and The LEGO Movie spin-off called The Billion Brick Race was canceled. The main reason of the cancelation was the film’s lengthy conceptual phase, but also the poor box office results for the previous two movies.

That could easily mean that we won’t see The LEGO Movie 3 at all, but if it happen it could appear in a time span of five years, as it was between the first two parts. That means we have to wait at least until 2024.
